Our Builds
A closer look at some of our recent van conversions, craftsmanship, and the details that make every build unique.
Big Build
This Mercedes Sprinter came to us from a customer that had already started converting it but didn't have the time to finish it.
Solar Maximus
First up we fitted 3 large solar panels. This camper van was truly built for long stays off grid!
Interior Beginnings
Here we start inside with the large shower/toilet. Using the customer supplied shower tray we began lining the walls.
Onwards And Upwards
After the shower, next was to panel the interior roof. The customer had already insulated with kingspan.
Cabinet Installation
Here we have started to build the custom fit cupboards, each one is designed to fit the customer requirements for number of doors and drawers including style.
Looking Good Now!
Work speeding up now, cupboards in and waiting for worktops, whilst wall units in the process of fitting. All the time taking into account were cables run etc.
Built With Passion
Worktops on, cupboard door and drawer fronts fitted and painted along with wall units now finished.
Ready For The Road
Here we are all finished. This customer wanted a very large bed so we crafted a pull out design. This makes the bed huge and you can sleep either across ways or if your tall, front to back.
