Our Builds
A closer look at some of our recent van conversions, craftsmanship, and the details that make every build unique.
Our Second Project
This time a short wheel base low roof Vauxhall Vivaro for a family member. This particular Vivaro has a tailgate rather than barn door style rear doors.
Just The Beginning
Thankfully this van was very clean to start with so not much clean and prep was needed. Just some interior panels needed removing along with the bulkhead. Quick sweep and we were ready to start!
The Work Begins
Next we cut, fit and sealed a big side window. This customer only wanted one side window on the passenger side. Solar panel and roof vent also installed.
Interior Work Begins
Interior roof fitted with strip LED's, cabinet build starting with kitchen area and seating either side.
Its Coming Together
Cabinets finished and large drawer built for storing the portable gas 2 ring burner under left hand seating.
Check Out
Flip over board converts seating area into a large bed. Electrics and battery under right hand seating.
Built With Passion
Seat cushions all fit together to make one large mattress. Bed made up all ready for the first night away!
Ready For The Road
From empty shell to dream camper, all finished and ready for its first trip. Those adventures await!
